Everyone who
visits our restaurant at St Helens cannot help but notice the relaxed
and friendly atmosphere created by our excellent managers &
staff which makes each visit so enjoyable. The unpretentious brasserie
style with comfortable surroundings is somewhere you can take time
out to sit, chat, eat and drink, or just watch the world go by.
We have developed a mix of classic dishes with vibrant modern
themes generally originating from european/Italian/british
styles. Dishes such as Brownrigg breast of chicken
with balsamic roasted cherry tomatoes, redcurrant mash and
Pan-seared loin of tuna, coriander rice, red pepper and
onion chutney plus a regular starter - the St
Helens crab cakes with lime and caper vinaigrette.
We base our original menus on whatever
fresh local seasonal produce is available. Our fish has probably been caught that morning by local fishermen and
we only use Island reared free-range
poultry. |
